The KAI RX-45 a 45mm Rotary Cutter features a convenient slide-open blade design, where the blade is released and contracted via a slide lever along the handle. It also has a universal grip for right or left-handed use, and includes a guide arm that makes adding seam allowances an easy chore. Additionally, most brands of rotary blades will fit our KAI rotary cutters.

The two types of blades that are compatible with this rotary cutter are the 45mm straight blade and the 45mm wave blade.
