I work in a retail fabric store and decided to try these shears due to the angle. I was hoping it would help with wrist issues. Long story short, these are my favorite scissors. When other employees borrow them, they don’t want to give them back. They are sharp, ergonomic, and durable. I can cut fabric all day long, and they don’t lose their edge.

I have had these for about a year and they are the only ones I like to use. They cut meticulously, stay sharp, light weight (arthritis in my hands). I think I’ll start giving these as gifts to my sewing family. Thank you Kai. I also have the pinking shears which are great.

I bought these scissors back in 2019 for a Hawaiian appliqué class with Nancy Chong. She said we would need scissors that could cut through multiple layers of fabric. What an amazing pair of scissors these are! They do indeed cut through multiple layers and because they are serated, the fabrics don’t slide or move when being cut. It’s like cutting through butter. Later, I bought Kai’s pinking shears to replace orange-handled pinking shears that couldn’t cut any more. They’re great, too.
