These are hands down the best scissors I own. I use them for nipping sewing threads and cutting yarn when knitting. When cutting thin wool (like sock weight yarn) they perform exceptionally. Every other scissor or thread nipper I’ve tried pushes the yarn sideways between the blades which only separates the fibers but doesn’t cut all the way through. These are the exception.
